Abstract

1,149,044. Envelopes. BIRMINGHAM ENVELOPE CO. Ltd. 5 Oct., 1967 [6 Oct., 1966], No. 44607/66. Heading B6A. Patch B is attached around its periphery to an inner surface of envelope A, forming a patch pocket, with a protruding edge which forms a flap b. Flap b may be folded over face A<SP>1</SP> of envelope A, and flaps a<SP>1</SP> and b may be sealable to face A<SP>1</SP>, e.g. by matching latex strips. The envelope, the pocket or both may be transparent. Patch B may be attached to the blank from which envelope A is to be formed, and may be equal in depth to envelope A or as illustrated.
