An electro-magnetic horn comprises a potshaped housing 10 equipped with an outwardlypointing peripheral flange 14 round which is bent the diaphragm 12 in order to attach the diaphragm to the housing. As shown, a sealing ring gasket 15 is placed between the diaphragm and housing, but this may be omitted.
