Plug couplings. - A cord grip for the flexible conductors of a plug coupling is constituted by a metal washer k and a rubber washer l threaded on the conductors before their ends are secured to the plug terminals, the rubber washer being impressed between the metal washer and the end of the plug body a by the screws m and nuts o which also secure the insulating- piece c, carrying the plug members, to the body. The orifice in the metal washer is flared.
