Abstract
1,140,233. Lasers. TESLA NARODNI PODNIK. 5 June, 1967 [17 June, 1966], No. 25841/67. Heading H1C. A helium-neon or argon gas laser has the gas discharge restricted to a tube 7 mounted in the gas enclosure 6 by a partition 8, Fig. 2, or by a ring 9, Fig. 3, the gas enclosure also containing position-adjustable resonator mirrors 12, 13. The gas discharge is established by D.C. applied to electrodes 18, 19. Either or both the mirrors may be semi-transparent, the output beam passing through windows 14, 15 in the gas enclosure. External adjustment 16, 17 of the resonator mirrors is provided.
