Abstract

1,139,511. Demountable buildings. RUBEROID CO. Ltd. 3 March, 1966 [8 March, 1965], No. 9804/65. Heading E1A. A demountable building consists of trough metal wall panels 7 which are pivotally mounted on a concrete base 6 and are formed integral with or joined to like roof panels so as to form therewith half arches adapted to be releasably interconnected at the roof ridge. The panels are made of steel or aluminium and provided with thermal insulation as necessary whilst the gable ends may include corrugated, transparent or translucent sheets of synthetic resin. For method of erection, attachement of roof panels to wall panels and scaling plates between joints the Specification should be referred to.
