Abstract

1,134,216. Valves. REAVELL-FAHIE Ltd. 25 Nov., 1965 [12 Dec., 1964], No. 50180/65. Addition to 1,064,816. Heading F2V. [Also in Division G3] The apparatus controlling fluid flow described in the parent Specification now employs an electromagnetically actuated valve in which the actuator comprises an armature bar 12 which is coupled to the valve spindle 4 by a concave/convex seating 11, 9 to facilitate alignment, the joint being held together by a screw cap 13 and clamp 14. The clamp also carries a member 15 which is connected to a return solenoid 21. There may be an oil damper (not shown).
