Abstract

1,130,302. Valves. A.P.V. CO. Ltd. 24 Nov., 1966 [6 Jan., 1966], No. 712/66. Heading F2V. A valve operating cylinder 2 and a yoke 2b connecting the cylinder to valve body 1 are formed from a single tube which is cut away at 7 to provide access to space 2a. The valve operating rod 4 passes through a rubber seal 5. In a modification (Fig. 2, not shown) closure 8 is integral with the cylinder and division plate 6 is removable.
