Abstract

111,310. Brigg, T. H., and Brigg, W. Sept. 18, 1916. Addition to 106,017. Letting-off warps.-In a let-off motion of the kind described in the parent Specification, the feelerlever A C D is pivoted to a weightcarrying bar A B having an upstanding part E provided with a roller or pulley H adapted to run on a counterbalanced lever F G, which is pivoted to one of the two interconnected bell-crank levers that act through chains &c. on the ruffles of the warp beam. As the beam diminishes in diameter, the feeler-lever turns about its pivot C under the influence of the spring J to move the roller H along the lever F G. The weight W is adjustable along the bar A B, and more than one weight may be used.
