[Also in Division G2] A lamp for producing coloured light according to the parent specification is provided with a cover plate having a light-transmitting aperture so arranged that at any given time light from more than one coloured portion of each filter passes through the aperture. The cover plate may be made of glass which is silvered on its underside to render it opaque, the aperture being formed by an unsilvered portion.
