1,109,823. Agricultural pick-up trailer draw bar mechanism. TEXAS INDUSTRIES Inc. 19 May, 1965 [21 Aug., 1964], No. 16650/67. Divided out of 1,109,821. Headings A1P. [Also in Division B8] An agricultural pick-up trailer having wheels 60, 61 which can be offset from the direction of travel as described and claimed in the parent Specification 1,109,821 has a draw bar which is pivoted on a vertical axis 13 for horizontal movement actuated by a hydraulic piston and cylinder 146, 145, from a pump 153 driven by a shaft 161 from the tractor power take off and controlled by a slide 149. The draw bar movement acts through a coupling rod 138 to offset the trailer wheels and to raise and lower the pick-up mechanism so that when the draw bar is parallel to the direction of travel the wheels are straight and the pick-up mechanism raised but when offset the wheels are correspondingly offset and the pick-up mechanism is lowered to its operative position.
