Abstract

1,109,495. Fuel injection pumps. ROBERT BOSCH G.m.b.H. July 8, 1965 [July 10, 1964], No. 28915/65. Heading F1A. In a rotating plunger distributer type fuel injection pump, spill from the pump chamber during the initial portion of the delivery stroke is effected by a lift valve 22 engageable with a cross-member 16a the axial position of which is variable by means of a lever 21. The member 16a and the control therefore may be disposed in the chamber 15 or in the drive cam chamber, Fig. 2 (not shown).
