1,089,459. Orientating bobbins. T.M.M. (RESEARCH) Ltd. March 4, 1966 [Jan. 25, 1965], No. 3207/65. Heading B8S. Disorientated conical bobbins 11 are delivered by endless chain 14 to shoot 16, the bobbins being released one by one by pairs of pins 19-22 to roll down the slope and hit one of pegs 24, 25 which orientates the bobbins to a position where the thin end leads. The bobbins thus fall uniformly thin-endwise first into shoot part 26, where the shoot either narrows or divides and delivers to narrow shoot part 28.
