1,089,158. Magnetic head assemblies. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORPORATION. July 26, 1965 [Aug. 17, 1964], No 31708/65. Heading G5R. In a head assembly for high frequency operation comprising, for example, write heads 27 and read or erase heads 28 electro-magnetic radiation between heads is prevented by a screen 29 of copper or silver inlaid on an undercut area of support 25. A further screen 34, Fig. 3 (not shown), comprising alternate laminations of copper and mu-metal may be included between the heads 27, 28.
