Abstract
A glass frit comprising 65 parts PbO, 18 parts SiO2, 8.1 parts B2O3 and 7.8 parts CdO is mixed with 14 parts of Cd sulphoselenide, coated on an electrically conductive substrate and fired at 625 DEG C.
