An adjustable bracket for mounting a fan heater 11 on a wall has a part-spherical member 13 which seats in a socket 14 integral with a wall bracket 12, and a bolt 15 screwing into a retaining means 16 in the form of a horizontal transverse pivot, rotation, about the pivot, of heater 11 being limited by a slot 17 in member 13.
