Abstract

1,083,055. Suspending curtains. H. LUCKEY and F. WINKELMANN. April 29, 1966 [May 8, 1965], No. 18910/66. Heading A4B. Runners attached to a curtain are accommodated, for sliding transfer to a curtain guide rail, in a curved, slotted, tubular holder 1 having internal runways for the runners and a slot 2 through which the hooks project. The end 5 of the holder is bevelled and has a notched lug 7 engaging an opening in the guide rail. A modification, for use with a flanged rail, has a cross-section similar to that of the rail and forwardly projecting tongues which rest on the flanges. The limbs of the holder may be connected by ties. A part of the holder is elastically expandible or is replaceable by a part of a different length.
