Abstract

1,078,588. Urine collector. HOLLISTER Inc. May 25, 1966 [May 25, 1965], No. 23291/66. Addition to 1,074,344. Heading A4N. [Also in Divisions A5 and B8] A bag to be adhesively attached to the person to collect urine, comprises outer and inner tubes 100, 103 each sealed at an upper common end 102 and at lower ends 101, 104, the tubes also being sealed together at a common urine receiving opening 105 and the inner tube 103 being provided with flaps 108 which act as one way valves to allow the urine to drain into the space provided between the lower ends 101, 104. To provide for attaching the bag to a male or female person, adhesive covered flaps 106 are formed around the opening 105. A hole 109 for draining the bag is sealed with a removable patch 110.
