[Also in Division F2] The pressure inlet (24) Fig. 2 (not shown) is placed in communication alternatively with a utilization port (39) or an exhaust port (25) by a main valve sleeve (33). The sleeve is responsive to differential pressure on a sliding flange (34) having an orifice (49) and communicating on one side with the inlet and on the other side with a control outlet (51) to which a pilot valve (V), Fig. 1 (not shown) is connected. In a system for operating a double-acting piston actuator (123), Fig. 4 (not shown) two such main valves (113, 213) are used, along with corresponding pilot valves (V), the pressure being supplied by a pump P.
