1,063,926. Blast hole-charging apparatus. S. A. J. STARK. Aug. 17, 1965 [Aug. 25, 1964; Sept. 24, 1964; Feb. 4, 1965], No. 35211/65. Heading E1F. In a blast hole charging apparatus a manually operate valve unit incorporated in a pistol grip with an air pipe for delivering explosive into a bore hole controls sequentially as required a piston cylinder unit for actuating a valve controlling passage of explosive from a hopper into a metering chamber leading into the air pipe and a valve controlling the passage of pressurised air into the pipe.
