Regulating; valve-gear. - In engines having overhead cam shafts, two shafts supporting the valve levers 2 are built up of a number of tubular screw-threaded sections 1, 4, 6 and lock-nuts 8, the sections 1 being mounted eccentrically in bosses 3 at the sides of the cam-shaft bearings for adjustment of the valve-stem clearances.
