1,053,287. Radial cylinder pumps, motors, compressors and I. C. engines. K. EICKMANN. June 11, 1963, No. 24626/66. Divided out of 1, 053, 286. Headings F1A, F1B, F1N and F1S. In a radial cylinder pump, motor, compressor or I. C. engine having a plurality of groups of radial cylinders the track rings 543 and 543<SP>1</SP>, actuating the pistons 701 of the outer cylinder groups in the pair rotors 521 and the inner cylinder groups, respectively, are adjustable in eccentricity in opposite directions relative to stationary pintle valve 1436 by means of a screw 1357 having threads of opposite hand mating with bores in track ring supports 757 and 1257. Slippers 702 of the type described in Specification 1, 023, 182 and Specification 1, 053, 286 are located against the track rings by means of rings 511. Separate inlet and outlet passages 1412 to 1419 are provided for each group of cylinders. In a further embodiment. Fig. 2 (not shown), three rotors are provided, the outer rotors each having a single cylinder group and the inner rotor a pair. All the cylinder groups are provided with a common inlet and outlet. The track rings are formed of a plurality of parts and shoulders on parts of the rings guide the slippers relative to the actuating surface.
