1,052,022. Silver salt diffusion transfer process. GEVAERT PHOTO-PRODUCTEN N. V. Aug.2, 1963 [Aug.3, 1962], No.30843/63. Addition to 1, 001, 558. Heading G2C. A silver salt diffusion transfer process according to the parent Specification wherein the waterpermeable layer containing the developed image is placed in contact with a receiving material comprising a support coated with a layer so that the water-permeable layer is transferred thereto. The receiving material preferably comprises paper, film or textile support coated with a gelatin layer which may contain titanium dioxide, barium sulphate or kaolin. Heat may be applied during transfer and more than one copy may be produced by use more than one receiving material.
