Abstract

1,048,925. Valves. DOLE VALVE CO. May 21, 1963, No. 20226/63. Heeding F2V. A valve controlling the supply of hot water to radiators comprises a housing having an inlet 81, an outlet 82, and a valve seat 84. A valve closure 92 is mounted on a stem 90 connected to an actuator 96, which is actuated by fluid from a temperature sensing 'bulb 98 connected by a capillary tube 99. A flange 95 of the actuator engages a cup-shaped member 94 carried by a cap 93 whereby rotation of the cap through its screw-threaded engagement with the housing adjusts the actuator position to vary the temperature range.
