Abstract
1,047,691. Valves. SAMSON APPARATEBAU A.G. April 29, 1963 [April 27, 1962], No. 16795/63. Heading F2V. [Also in Division G3] Harmonic oscillations of a mass 1 connected to a restoring spring 3, are maintained by synchronized air impulses from a nozzle 5 (see Division G3). A leak-off nozzle 6 is obturated by a vane 15 carried by the mass, to set up a cyclic control pressure in a chamber 10 having a spring-biased flexible wall connected to a relay valve 11. This relay valve places a reservoir 14 in communication alternately with a supply 12 and with the nozzle 5. Air pulses of fixed frequency may be taken off from the chamber 10 or reservoir 14.
