In an arrangement for the low-pass filtering of a very low-frequency signal amplitude-modulated on a carrier, e.g. 400 c/s., to remove disturbances and harmonics, the signal is demodulated at 1, fed through a high-pass filter 3, amplitude-modulated at 4 on a carrier of the same frequency and phase and combined with the original modulated signal in a subtracting circuit 5.
