1,039,033. Latches. ELECTROLUX Ltd. April 3, 1964 [April 19, 1963], No. 13796/64. Heading E2A. In a vacuum cleaner having a tubular housing and an end cover 14 the cover 14 is provided with a locking yoke 17 which extends upwardly through an opening in the cover, end portions 19 by which the yoke is pivoted in grooves 20 in the cover, and hook portions 28 adapted to engage openings 27, Fig. 1 (not shown) in the end frame of the housing thereby to releasably fasten the cover to the housing.
