Invalids' bedsteads.-An invalid's bedstead comprises an outer frame 1 on which are mounted a head section 13, centre section 14, and foot section 15, adjustable by means of racks 8, 12. In order to allow free movement of a spring mattress mounted on the adjustable sections, the sides of the sections are connected by stays 19 bent downwards in the centre.
