An educational appliance for demonstration of electrical and electronic circuits comprises a distribution panel 1, Fig. 1, with a row of interconnected sockets 7, 8, 9, 10, adapted to have electrical components 2, 5, 6 connected to them, a conductor plate 12, Fig. 2, provided with rows of sockets 14 formed into groups of interconnected connectors, each group having a plug 13 adapted for connection to any row of sockets 7 . . . 10 and at least one transparent template 15 having a circuit diagram printed thereon, which diagram indicates the connection points, such as 18, for electrical components to be connected to the conductor plate. The template 15 is provided with holes 16 for alignment with the conductor plate 12 by co-operation with corresponding pins 17 thereon.
