Abstract

Apparatus for purifying paper pulp or the like comprises a stationary frame 2 carrying a movable upper frame 1 on which is a curved sieve 5 and which is supported on the frame 2 by springs 4 at its charging end 7 and in eccentric bearings at its discharging end 7<SP>1</SP> the said bearings being on a rotatable shaft 3. Journalled in brackets 17 on either side of the frame 2.
