Abstract
1,020,524. Wire fencing. C. GOODALL and M. GOODALL. Oct. 30, 1964 [Nov. 18, 1963; Feb. 3, 1964], Nos. 45377/63 and 4422/64. Heading E1B. A dropper 10 holding fencing wires 13 in spaced relation comprises a length of wire bent at intervals to provide pairs of loops 11, a fencing wire 13 being held between the loops and against the connecting portions 12 by a rod 15 which may be a single or double length of wire. The dropper 10 may be integral with a hook 18 sprung against a fencing wire 13; alternatively, Fig. 4 (not shown), a separate wire clip may be provided. Where the rod 15 is a single wire its upper end may comprise an insulated pigtail for an electrified fencing wire carried above the wires 13.
