Addition to 101,887, Dynamos, regulating.-In a voltage-regulating arrangement of the kind described in the parent Specification, one end of the dynamo field-magnet winding is connected to an additional brush, which bears upon the commutator or upon a slip-ring joined to the armature winding, instead of to a point of the battery; the other end of the field. magnet winding is connected to resistances, as described in the parent Specification. During lighting periods, a part of the ohmic resistance is short-circuited by means of the general lighting- switch.
