Abstract

1,018,734. Agricultural implements. ROTARY HOES Ltd. Dec. 29, 1964 [Jan. 3, 1964], No. 316/64. Heading A1B. A pick-tine 25 for a rotary cultivator is held at the end of an arm 10 attached to a driven transverse rotor shaft by means of a housing 17, the lateral sides of which converge in a direction away from the working tip of the tine to provide a wedging support for the tine which is similarly shaped. The tine is chisel-shaped and when worn it is reversed in the housing as shown in dotted lines.
