[Also in Division F4] A valve closure member 48, Fig. 3 (not shown), controlling communication between two pressure regions is operated by a bellows 42 subjected on the outside to the pressure of the first region and on the inside to the pressure of the second region communicated thereto through a capillary tube 44, whereby when the pressure of the first region is higher than the second region the bellows moves the member 48 to its open position. The bellows may be loaded by a spring.
