Abstract

1,015,565. Roller mills. MIAG MUEHLENBAU UND INDUSTRIE G.m.b.H. Aug. 17, 1964 [Aug. 28, 1963], No. 33493/64. Heading B2A. A device for scraping rollers includes a blade 1, which is clamped in a pivotable bladeholder 3, Fig. 2 (not shown), and has an edge 4 divided into sections 6, 7 by cuts 5. As described, the scraper, which is provided with oblique cuts terminating in holes 8, is made of spring band steel e:g. 0.3 mm. thick, and arranged in relation to a roller 18, Fig. 2, so that the angle 14 is less than 120 degrees, preferably between 100 and 110 degrees. An adjustable weight 16 causes the edge 4 to bear against the roller 18.
