Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une plaque à double peau intégrant des canaux de circulation et plaque obtenue L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une plaque (1) à double peau intégrant des canaux (2) constituant au moins un réseau ou circuit de circulation de fluide, comprenant essentiellement une première étape de fourniture de deux feuilles ou tôles planes (3 et 3’) en aluminium, puis une étape d’assemblage mutuel par soudure laser, selon un motif (4) linéaire dessinant le motif des canaux de circulation (2), desdites deux feuilles (3 et 3’) en une plaque (1) à double peau, et, enfin, une étape de formage desdits canaux de circulation (2), par injection d’un fluide liquide ou gazeux sous pression (LP) entre les deux feuilles (3 et 3’). Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend aussi une étape d’aplanissement ou d’aplatissement de la plaque (1) constituée par les deux feuilles (3 et 3’) assemblées par soudure laser, avant l’étape de formage, par déformation sous pression, des canaux de circulation (2).
