Claims (3)
- 아크와 레이저를 함께 사용하는 강재의 하이브리드 용접 방법에 있어서, 선행 프로세스를 레이저로 하며, 레이저-아크 간격(S)을 6mm 이하로 하고, 아크 토치 각도를 50o 이상으로 하는 동시에 보조가스 유량을 10~30ℓ/min로 유지하면서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 맞대기 용접부 품질 향상을 위한 하이브리드 용접 방법.
- 아크와 레이저를 함께 사용하는 강재의 하이브리드 용접 방법에 있어서, 레 이저 출력과, 아크 출력 및 용접 속도가 다음의 수학식 1을 만족하도록 하며, 선행 프로세스를 레이저로 하며, 레이저-아크 간격(S)을 6mm 이하로 하고, 아크 토치 각도를 50o 이상으로 하는 동시에 보조가스 유량을 10~30ℓ/min로 유지하면서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 맞대기 용접부 품질 향상을 위한 하이브리드 용접 방법.수학식 1여기서, L.P는 레이저 출력(kW), W.S 는 용접 속도(0.5∼5m/min),t는 강재의 두께(6∼20mm), A.P는 아크 출력(2∼17kW)
