Abstract

Procédé consistant à engager (100) un véhicule porteur sur un carrefour giratoire quand il est libre de tout véhicule tiers prioritaire, à le guider (200) suivant une trajectoire déterminée la plus extérieure possible au carrefour giratoire depuis son entrée sur le carrefour giratoire par une première branche du carrefour giratoire jusqu’à sa sortie du carrefour giratoire par une deuxième branche du carrefour giratoire, à détecter (300) si un véhicule tiers est engagé, en approche du carrefour giratoire, dans au moins une troisième branche située entre les première et deuxième branches et permettant à la fois l’entrée et la sortie du carrefour giratoire, et si un tel véhicule tiers est détecté alors à maintenir (400) le véhicule porteur sur sa trajectoire déterminée et à avertir (500) le véhicule tiers que la trajectoire du véhicule porteur passe devant le véhicule tiers.
