Un élément électrochimique pochette (1) comprenant au moins une électrode positive et au moins une électrode négative, dans lequel l'électrode positive comprend une couche d'une composition de matériaux actifs positifs, ladite composition comprenant un mélange de : a) 30 à 50 % en poids d'un phosphate lithié de manganèse et de fer de formule LixMn1 - y - zFeyMzPO4 où 0,8 ≤ x ≤ 1,2 ; 0,5 ≤ (1-y-z) < 1 ; 0 < y ≤ 0,5 ; 0 ≤ z ≤ 0,2 ; M étant choisi dans le groupe constitué par B, Mg, Al, Si, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, et leurs mélanges, b) 70 à 50 % en poids d'au moins un oxyde de lithium et de nickel choisi parmi Liw(NixCoyAlzMt)O2 où 0,9 ≤ w ≤ 1,1 ; 0 < x ; 0 < y ; 0 < z ; 0 ≤ t ; M étant choisi dans le groupe constitué par B, Mg, Si, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Y, Zr, Nb, W, Mo et leurs mélanges, et Liw(NixMnyCozMt)O2 où 0,9 ≤ w ≤ 1,1 ; 0 < x ; 0 < y ; 0 < z ; 0 ≤ t ; M étant choisi dans le groupe constitué par Al, B, Mg, Si, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Fe, Cu, Zn, Y, Zr, Nb, W, Mo et leurs mélanges, et dans lequel la porosité de l'électrode positive est inférieure ou égale à 40 %, et la porosité de l'électrode négative est inférieure ou égale à 30 %.
