L’invention concerne un procédé de recherche d’une balise (B), le procédé de recherche étant exécuté par un dispositif de détection (F) comprenant un terminal de géolocalisation par satellite apte à déterminer des coordonnées de géolocalisation courantes du dispositif de détection (F) et à déterminer au moins une position de localisation de la balise (B) sur la base des coordonnées de géolocalisation courantes du dispositif de détection (F) et d’une distance de séparation déterminée entre le dispositif de détection (F) et la balise (B).
