Abstract
L’invention propose un procédé de fabrication d’une pièce en alliage base nickel à microstructure γ/γ’ dans lequel on met en œuvre au moins une étape de forgeage sous outillage de forgeage à chaud, caractérisé en ce que la température de chauffage de la pièce lors de l’étape de forgeage est maintenue dans une gamme de température inférieure au domaine de température d’éclatement de grain de l’alliage, la température d’outillage étant maintenue à une température inférieure à la température de la pièce, ladite température d'outillage étant telle que la différence avec la température de chauffage de la pièce est inférieure à 250°C et préférentiellement inférieure à 150°C.
