Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de test d’étanchéité d’une pièce pour déterminer sa conformité ou sa non-conformité, par gaz traceur circulant dans ladite pièce durant la phase de test, par mesure d’un courant ionique dudit gaz traceur. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : durant une phase préalable de calibration, détermination d’un coefficient de corrélation A, b) durant la phase de test d’étanchéité, évaluation de la conformité ou de la non-conformité de la pièce à un instant Ti, basée sur une comparaison entre une valeur de fuite limite acceptable Vlimite et une valeur de fuite estimée Vfuite _Ti calculée à l’instant Ti, lequel calcul de la valeur de fuite estimée Vfuite _Ti prend en compte le coefficient de corrélation A et la variation du courant ionique mesuré entre les instants T0 et Ti. .
