Abstract

Sauterelle de bridage actionnée par un vérin pneumatique ou hydraulique non oscillant, dont la force de bridage est réglable et contrôlable avec précision, qui peut être équipée indifféremment d’un étrier, d’un crochet, d’un patin de placage, dont le mécanisme est protégé par un capot étanche contre les projections d’impuretés. Les positions verrouillées et déverrouillées sont signalées par des capteurs de position qui signalent également un défaut de serrage. La mise en place de la sauterelle, qui comporte sa fixation, le tuyautage du vérin, le câblage des capteurs et le réglage de la force de verrouillage ne nécessite pas le démontage du capot de protection. Ce système de bridage est donc particulièrement bien adapté pour être utilisé dans les chaînes de production automatisées en conformité avec les normes de nombreuses industries.Figure pour l’abrégé : fig.13
