Abstract

Dispositif de type charnière à axe amovible destiné à la fixation de pièces interchangeables d’articles de maroquinerie. L’invention concerne une charnière de fixation dont l’axe est constitué par deux goupilles cylindriques amovibles. Le retrait de ces goupilles permet de remplacer une pièce d’un article de maroquinerie par une pièce différente équipée du dispositif. Le dispositif est constitué d’un charnon immobile (A) à deux nœuds (1) fixé à l’article de maroquinerie (D) et d’un charnon mobile (B) à un nœud (6) fixé à la pièce interchangeable (E) et doté d’aimants (10) au fond de ses deux extrémités. Ces derniers maintiennent en place deux goupilles cylindriques amovibles (C) en acier servant d’axe aux charnons. Les goupilles peuvent être attachées à une pièce interchangeable (F) grâce un trou de passage (12) pour anneau (15) à leur extrémité distale. Traditionnellement, l’utilisation d’un article de maroquinerie haut de gamme est limitée de par son aspect à un contexte social d’utilisation, une tenue auquel il doit s’accorder et/ou une des nombreuses variations saisonnières des tendances de mode. Le dispositif selon l’invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient en permettant de personnaliser un unique article de maroquinerie équipé du dispositif à l’aide de multiples pièces interchangeables différant par leur aspect et/ou leur fonction. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, un charnon immobile à deux nœuds fixé au corps de l’article de maroquinerie sur lequel vient s’articuler un charnon mobile à un nœud fixé à une pièce amovible interchangeable. Les deux charnons s’articulent autour d’un axe formé par deux goupilles cylindriques amovibles traversant les nœuds du charnon immobile et maintenues en place par deux aimants situés au fond du nœud central du charnon mobile. En retirant ces goupilles, l’utilisateur peut changer rapidement l’aspect (couleur, forme, matière…) et/ou la fonction de l’article de maroquinerie en remplaçant une pièce, généralement le rabat frontal, par une pièce d’aspect et/ou de fonction différent équipée du dispositif.
Les goupilles amovibles peuvent également être reliées à une pièce interchangeable, généralement une anse ou une bandoulière, et multiplient ainsi les possibilités de personnalisation de l’article de maroquinerie.
Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation :

  • La charnière peut être composée de trois nœuds ou plus. Le charnon immobile comporte généralement deux nœuds femelles et le charnon mobile un nœud mâle central plein dont les deux extrémités sont fraisées sur une profondeur et un diamètre suffisant pour accueillir les goupilles servant d’axe à la charnière.
  • Les charnons peuvent être fixés à la matière de l’article de maroquinerie par un système de platine et de contre-plaque maintenues par une série de vis ou de rivets, par rivetage, par collage ou toute autre méthode de fixation utilisable en maroquinerie.
  • Les platines peuvent être de forme rectangulaire ou toute autre forme permettant l’articulation et l’assemblage des deux charnons.
  • Dans le cas d’articles de maroquinerie utilisant des matières autre que le cuir, les charnons peuvent faire partie intégrante et/ou être composés de la même matière que la pièce dont ils dépendent en utilisant par exemple un procédé de moulage par injection ou d’impression 3D.
  • Afin de permettre leur maintien au contact des aimants du charnon mobile, les goupilles amovibles peuvent comporter à leur extrémité proximale un aimant (par exemple néodyme ou ferrite), un insert en alliage métallique ferreux ou être entièrement fabriquées en alliage métallique ferreux.
  • Des rondelles ou des roulements peuvent être ajoutées aux charnons afin de faciliter l’articulation et augmenter la durabilité du dispositif.
  • Les goupilles amovibles peuvent comporter à leur extrémité distale un trou de fixation pour anneau, un anneau de fixation ou tout autre dispositif permettant de les relier à une pièce de maroquinerie interchangeable telle qu’une anse, une bandoulière, une sangle ou tout autre accessoire de maroquinerie.
  • En complément ou à la place du système d’attache, les goupilles amovibles peuvent comporter sur tout ou partie de leur extrémité distale un traitement permettant une meilleure préhension tel qu’un moletage ou un enrobage.
  • L’extrémité proximale des goupilles peut être chanfreinée afin de faciliter leur introduction dans le dispositif.

  • Deux goupilles cylindriques (C) servant d’axe aux deux charnons (A) et (B) et pouvant comporter :
    1. Un aimant (11) à leur extrémité proximale permettant leur maintien au contact des aimants (10) du nœud mâle (6) du charnon mobile (B).
    2. Un trou de passage (12) pour anneau (15) à leur extrémité distale permettant la fixation de pièces interchangeables (F) ou d’accessoires.
