Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de séchage de produits pâteux dans une serre comprenant une unité de séchage, comprenant une pluralité de bandes de séchage définissant depuis une première bande de séchage disposée à une première hauteur vers une deuxième bande de séchage disposée à une deuxième hauteur inférieure à la première hauteur un chemin pour un produit pâteux, ledit procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : Une étape (100) de disposition du produit pâteux à sécher sur la première bande de séchage,Une étape (110) de circulation du produit pâteux sur la pluralité de bandes de séchage depuis la première bande de séchage suivant le chemin vers la deuxième bande de séchage, pour fournir un produit séché, et, pendant l’étape (110) de circulation du produit pâteux : une étape (120) de génération d’un flux d’air dans l’unité de séchage, à partir d’un air venant de l’extérieur de la serre, une étape (130) d’orientation du flux d’air vers la pluralité de bandes de séchage le long du chemin (20),une étape (140) de circulation du flux d’air entre la pluralité de bandes de séchage le long du chemin, ledit flux d’air se chargeant d’eau au fur et à mesure de l’évaporation devenant ainsi un air humide, et le procédé de séchage de produits pâteux comprenant une étape (150) d’évacuation dudit air humide de la serre.
