Abstract

Emballage de conditionnement de produits alimentaires frais comprenant un récipient comportant un fond et une paroi périphérique, ledit fond étant recouvert par un faux-fond constitué d’une paroi (1) disposée parallèlement au fond et supportant le produit, la paroi (1) du faux-fond comportant une face supérieure sur laquelle repose le produit et une face inférieure en regard du fond de l’emballage. L’emballage est tel que : - la face supérieure comporte un réseau d’excroissances (2) séparées réparties sur la totalité de ladite face, formant un support plan fractionné ; et - la face inférieure est munie de plots (3, 3’) de soutènement reposant sur le fond et définissant un espace entre le faux-fond et le fond.
