Abstract
Procédé d’extraction du dioxyde de carbone contenu dans du méthane liquide, comprenant : - une étape de détente d’un méthane liquide dont la teneur en dioxyde de carbone est supérieure à 280 parts par million en volume, la détente étant effectuée d’une pression supérieure à 6 bars jusqu’à une pression de 1 bar, la température du méthane liquide ainsi détendu étant de -161,5°C environ, - une étape de passage de la phase gaz de méthane et de la phase solide de dioxyde de carbone dans un premier séparateur (20) liquide-solide-gaz, avec extraction du dioxyde de carbone solide par filtration, et séparation du méthane gazeux, pour obtenir une première phase de méthane liquide, partiellement décarbonée, - une étape de transfert de cette première phase de méthane liquide vers un deuxième séparateur solide-liquide, la première phase de méthane liquide étant à une température de -161°C, le deuxième séparateur étant un échangeur dont la température est inférieure à -170°C, du dioxyde de carbone se déposant dans le deuxième échangeur, pour former une deuxième phase de méthane liquide, la concentration en dioxyde de carbone dans cette deuxième phase de méthane liquide à -170°C étant inférieure à 200 ppmv.
