« LIDAR impulsionnel à amplificateur optique à semi-conducteur piloté par un signal modulé » L’invention se rapporte à LIDAR pulsé comprenant un laser maître apte à émettre un faisceau laser maître, un générateur d’impulsions agencé pour générer un signal de pompage comprenant au moins une impulsion dont une valeur de crête varie au cours de ladite au moins une impulsion dudit signal de pompage et un amplificateur optique à semi-conducteur (SOA) agencé pour amplifier et moduler le faisceau laser maître en fonction du signal de pompage, le faisceau laser maître amplifié et modulé formant un faisceau laser de mesure.
