EL INTERFEROMETRO ES UN INTERFEROMETRO DE FABRY-PEROT EN EL CUAL UNA PARTE DE UNO DE LOS ESPEJOS (30,31) DEL INTERFEROMETRO (10) ESTA RECUBIERTA CON UN SOBREESPESOR DE SILICE (34).
