Abstract

L’invention propose un dispositif d’operculage (10) pour le scellage d’un film d’operculage sur un contenant dans un environnement sous atmosphère modifiée, par formation d’un joint entre un bord de scellage du contenant et le film. Le dispositif (10) comprend une cloche supérieure (20); une tête de scellage (26) comportant un élément presseur (40) pour plaquer le film contre le bord et un bloc de chauffe (38) pour chauffer l’élément presseur (40) en vue de former le joint; et une cloche inférieure (22) pour recevoir au moins un contenant. Le dispositif (10) est caractérisé en ce que l’élément presseur est constitué d’une première portion (42) en élastomère surmoulée sur une deuxième portion (52) en métal pour former une seule pièce, la première portion est fixée sur le bloc de chauffe, et la deuxième portion comporte une surface dite surface de scellage sensiblement plane en vis-à-vis du bord de scellage.
