Abstract

Le présent exposé concerne un procédé de fabrication de disques pour turbomachine, le procédé comprenant : - l’obtention d’une poudre d’alliage à base nickel ; - la mise en forme de la poudre pour obtenir un disque ; caractérisé en ce que l’obtention d’une poudre comprend : - l’atomisation d’un alliage à base nickel par atomisation par gaz par fusion induite d’électrode, EIGA, à partir d’une électrode en alliage à base nickel, aboutissant à une poudre brute ; et - le tamisage sous atmosphère inerte ou sous vide de la poudre brute à une coupe granulométrique comprise entre 150 µm et 50 µm, par exemple 125 µm ou 75 µm, aboutissant à la poudre d’alliage à base nickel.
